• Use our platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not engage in any fraudulent activity or misuse any provided systems.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property delivered under a project engagement belongs to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Twistark Technologies retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely and in accordance with the agreed project contract. Fees and milestones are displayed clearly before you confirm an engagement. You agree to pay all applicable charges on time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Twistark Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or delivered solutions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
